By engaging Stackflw's services, submitting a form, or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Stackflw provides systems design and management services for local businesses, including websites, lead capture systems, automation workflows, review systems, content, and membership infrastructure. The scope of each project is defined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed between Stackflw and the client.
Our services are structured as a one-time setup fee plus a monthly retainer. The setup fee is due before build commencement. Monthly retainers are billed on the same date each month following project go-live.
Stackflw aims to deliver projects within agreed timelines from the date the discovery call is completed and the setup fee is received. Timelines are estimates and may vary depending on client responsiveness, third-party approvals, and scope changes.
To enable Stackflw to deliver the project, the client agrees to:
Upon full payment of all fees, the client owns the configured workflows, content, and systems built specifically for their business. Stackflw retains ownership of its underlying frameworks, templates, and methodologies used in the build process.
Stackflw may reference the client's business type (not name or identifying details) as a case study or in portfolio materials unless the client explicitly opts out in writing.
Stackflw builds on third-party platforms including Make.com, Airtable, Anthropic Claude API, WhatsApp Business API, and Twilio. The client acknowledges that:
Stackflw is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost leads, or business interruption.
Stackflw's total liability in any matter related to these services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. This includes client business data, pricing, and internal processes. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement.
Either party may terminate the monthly retainer with 30 days written notice after any minimum retainer period has been fulfilled. Stackflw reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client uses any system for unlawful purposes or violates these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Stackflw reserves the right to update these terms. We will notify active clients of any material changes via email. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
